SOA'S REPLY TO THE QUESTION REGARDING THE RELEASE OF SECRET INFORMATION REGARDING EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES

Wanted to let you know that I received the SOA's reply to my question regarding my question regarding a Special Executive Session Meeting.

I did a quick review of the material and will study it in more detail later; however, you point out that I related two individuals said no vote was taken.  Pleas be advised, once Berg posted the information on the SOA NET, did anyone address this aspect regarding minutes/votes.  There was no reason to even ask the question if there was/had been a vote to release the information until after it was released.  I had tried to talk to Clete prior to the posting, he refused to talk to me about anything that occurred, but one it was posted, he met me in New Orleans and gave me his side of the events.

As for the information that I had on hand before the posting by Berg, all those emails/correspondence were posted on the SOA net and the source for 99% were published with their comments/emails.

Another quick comment, Berg has been in office as well as Bulldog from the 1999 period forward in one capacity or another and as Eldon stated in his email Berg is an expert; so Berg was and is well versed in the Bylaws/RRONR and knew he was violating the provisions of the secrecy of releasing/posting on the SOA net.

Lee, my quick response, will study it more.
